Our soya milk manufacturing facility is fully customised and highly automated. It is the most reliable and able to produce the most consistent and highest quality soya milk.
The full capacity of our current plant can produce up to 20,000 litres of soya milk daily. That is equivalent to 40,000 cups of soya milk. As of 2021, we are looking to increase our capacity to cater to greater market demand for fresh & healthy soya milk.
The reason why Soya House soya milk is so consistent in quality is because our machine is highly automated. With the touch of a button, the machine will consistently feed, grind, cook and filter soya milk automatically. There is little to no manual process required, hence human error is minimised. Also, our machine uses a special cooker to brew the soya milk, hence we are able to bring out the full fragrance of the soya milk.
Generally, fresh soya milk has a very short shelf life of half a day but Soya House soya milk can last 1-3 days. Our state of the art facility is one of the reasons why our soya milk has a longer shelf life. On top of the fact that there is very little human intervention hence no contamination, also, it is very thoroughly cooked to ensure that it is safe and fresh. In addition, we do a 2-hours full thorough cleaning every day without fail after production
